Those Nutty Friends . . .

The Friends of Aram Public Library have been working overtime packaging, weighing, wrapping, and (come on, admit it) taste testing.  The result?  Specially decorated, half-pound packages of premium praline pecans go on sale Saturday, November 9!

These yummy treats make wonderful hostess gifts for family and friends.  Rumor has it they're also one of Santa's favorites!  A Friends member will be pushing pecans every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Call ahead if you have a large order and, just like magic, it will be ready for you to pick up.  During the rest of the week, you can shop at the Adult Services desk (upstairs) at the library.  Book bags, Friends shirts, and note cards also make unique gifts.

And, while you're at it, why not become a part of this wonderful group.  Membership is only $5 per year, but the support they provide to the library is . . . priceless!
